I like the messy complicated characters and relationships and it's full of queer culture #IT IS ALSO SAD. as you would probably expect from the premise. definitely not a romcom #one thing i absolutely hated was the near-constant swearing by queer celebrity named (kristen fucking stewart! etc) oh my god.#i cant tell if that was intentionally trying to be cringe lol. but it was so often. like 3 times in the first chapter #(I say likely aspec - it’s explored and brought up but she explicitly says she doesn’t fully identify with any label other than lesbian)#also the cover illustration......proportion wise they look like teenagers. hm.
