Ok hot take guys-
This involves the new SOUP updates (aka the new sjsm rework) and I have some opinions. So don’t listen to me, these are just my thoughts.
In my personal opinion… I think most all of the new models we’ve seen are bad. I really don’t like them. We’ve obviously only seen a couple and I hate all of them.
For starters, characters like jelly and specimen 8 are so thin for no reason. Not to mention Ben’s weird texture and face. Another I don’t like is the animation. It’s too fluid if that makes sense. Like for Goop that makes sense but for everyone else it really doesn’t. Specimen 10 is definitely the worst one out of them all. Speak of specimen 10-
Oh GOD specimen 10. The model moves to goofy and it’s so awkwardly proportioned. Its walk cycle is so silly and I immediately lost all fear I had of this mf. Not to mention the colors on 10 are so washed out and there isn’t any of that cool texture. Those arm, mouth flaps move in such a wired jello way and it’s so off putting and not in a good horror way. The eel was cool tho. But seriously what the fuck.
I’m glad it’s still a work in progress and I hope they change it. Non of this is final, which is good. Although I have very little hope for good models in the final version.
Seriously stop making them all so thin and fix these animations istg….
