This is tonight's class combo but just the first section. Emma, my instructor, is showing both sides. She's facing away because it's easier for us to follow along that way. She shows both right and left side variations.

I'm using a bigger hoop because there's a small bit of waist hooping later on in the combo. Because of that, my movements take longer than Emma's. I also didn't do the knees up thing here. It's a variation for pepping it up. I have no pep. Zero. Nil pep.

I also ended up doing some face hooping at the end because why not, right?
