I’m currently a mommy of two under two, probably have only gotten about 3-4 hours of sleep each night in the last month, stuck in an editing cave, had a wonder full wedding season after a couple years of pandemic postponements, and doing my best living that starving artist life running my own business but I can’t imagine it another way! I have always believed that everything happens for a reason - and usually it is a good one. The past week has been a hectic one for me. One of the hikmah that happened last week was that we had the opportunity to go back to kampung Kuantan even just for a short while as we did not have the opportunity to go back to kampung Kuantan previously due to PKP. During the time in Kuantan, I have just realized that my parents in law is almost/already in their seventies. I forgot that I am also becoming old, and of course so do our parents. Therefore, we should try out best to spend a lot of time with them. They don’t request much. In fact, they have done a lot and sacrificed a lot for us than whatever we did for them. Mama, ayah, mak and abah, we thank you so much for everything that you have done for us. We really appreciate everything. Its almost my birthday... i am at the age where i have acne and wrinkles... i have piercings and grey hair... i go out to eat quality food, not junk.
