I have seen some horrors, so here's a PSA to all my homies who have asthma/use inhalers.

I have seen too many people use their inhaler improperly, essentially making the medicine useless, and it makes my own chest hurt just watching it. 🥲

Shake it first before you use it

Exhale as deep as you can before you take the puff, and inhale as deeply as you can while you are pressing down on the canister. A normal shallow breath won't get the medicine in your chest, so it won't do anything to help.

Make sure your lips are closed around the mouthpiece when you take the puff! Treat it like a kazoo or a harmonica. If your lips are not all the way around, some air might escape out the gaps.

After you take the puff, hold your breath for ten seconds if you are able. If not, try for at least 5. It's important to hold the medication in your lungs so it can do its work.

Wait a bit and take deep breaths in between the first and second puff.

I hope this helps. Stay healthy and take care of your lungs! Mucus buildup can be torture sometimes, so we gotta make sure we aren't making things harder for ourselves than we already are. :D

Don’t get me wrong he still likes his private gaming time and thinks you deserve your own gaming time! But he quickly warms up to the idea of you being together and sharing that time together

REINER:

Okay I love Reiner to pieces yeah? But this man does not understand video games before he meets you

He just doesn’t understand the point??

“Why not just go outside and do something, love?”

He’ll comfort you if you get emotional playing a game like the Last of Us, but then he’ll ruin it by saying “I mean, they’re all dead when you think about it, yeah? They've never actually been alive! They’re not real, sweetie”

Tries to be gentle but it's hard to be gentle when you're a big guy like Heavy. He's better at being gentle emotionally, rather than physically. He's had a rough childhood, so he understands the struggle. He will let you cry it all out if you need to

H: Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

Likes a good hug when it's from someone he's comfortable with (family, Medic, S/O). Hugs from anyone else makes him SUPER uncomfortable. Def has the best hugs and I will fight anyone who disagrees. He's big, comfy, and WARM

I: I Love You (How fast do they say the L-Word?)

I feel like he'd be too shy to say I love you first. While he tries to be upfront with everything, saying I love you is such deep, intimate thing to say. He doesn't wanna rush it, but you bet your ass he'll be so happy to hear you say it first.

J: Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)

Heavy? Jealous? Absolutely, not. This man has nothing to be jealous about. When he's with his S/O, he trusts them 110%. He knows he has nothing to worry about. And even then, why would you want someone else? Heavy is a big, burly man with cuddles for days! Why would you EVER wanna settle for less?

K: Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

Homie's got them lil' gentle and delicate kisses. He tries to be as gentle as he can with kisses and I'm here for it. Loves giving his S/O forhead kisses.

L: Little Ones (How are they around kids?)

He loves kids, but he's worried about hurting them by accident. He's a big guy, and kids are small, fraglie, and crazy. Kids are feral with him, constanly trying to climb him and asking if he's a giant. He would absolutely make a great dad though. First, picture him cuddling with a baby. Got it? Good now picture him having a daughter and having a tea party with her. He'd be sitting at a tiny table, wearing a tiara and pink tutu as his daughter serves him tea, telling him some juicy "drama". I love it. Make it a real thing plz

M: Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

Man's got a strict morning and night schedule, and would like if you followed it as well. He gets up early, one of the first to get up probably. Showers, eats, prepares for the day, standard stuff. Rarely does he allow himself to sleep in or have a lazy day. There's always something to do

N: Night (How are nights spent with them?)

Tries to go to sleep at a reasonable time. He ain't a night owl. He likes to read before going to bed, helps him to relax. Likes to be snuggled up with his S/O as well. Probably owns a C-PAP

O: Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait awhile to reveal things slowly?)

I'd say it takes him some time. He does love talking about his Mother and sisters though. He's got some funny stories about his sisters. But he doesn't like talking about his dad and certain past events. He did have a rough upbringing after all. And it can be hard to talk about so just give him time, he'll slowly come around

P: Patience (How easily angered are they?)

Man's got hella lots of patience. It takes so much to make him angry. The only thing that can get on his nerves quicker than most is dealing with certain (Scout) mercs. But to be fair, Scout knows how to get on everyone's nerves

Q: Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every detail in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)

I'd say he's got a pretty good memory on him, he's just gotta remember the right words to say. He might forget some little, slightly random details though but it's hard to be mad at him

R: Remember (What is their favourite moment in your relationship?)

You, him, a good book, and a giant blanket wrapped around you both. You both are snuggled up together, soaking up each other's warmth. He reads the book to you, his deep voice lulling you to sleep. Heavy loves these moments between you two. Where he gets to be snuggled up with you, holding you in his arms, keeping you safe.

S: Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)

Definitely a protective bear. Will do WHATEVER he can to keep you safe. If he can't be there to keep you safe, he will have Medic there in his place. And then he'll have Medic give constant updates on you. Poor thing just wants to keep you safe. Sometimes he can be a little too overprotective at times

T: Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, and everyday tasks?)

He tries in his own special ways. He likes having dates at home. He sees it as a more intimate setting. He'd write you cute little poems expressing how much he loves you. He would have everything taken care of and won't let you even lift a finger to help out

U: Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

The only bad habit I can think of is his habit of being cold and distant. He tends to keep things to himself. Poor baby isn't use to having someone there to talk to and just vent to. But it's a bad habit that can be fixed over time

V: Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

Honestly, I don't think he's too worried about his looks. I'm sure he does have some small image issues cause he's always getting called fat by other mercs. He's moreso built like a hippo. They look like they're these fat, lazy creatures but they're actually pure muscle and will tear anyone and anything to shreds

W: Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

Meh, he'd be fine if he has to go without you for a while or the relationship ends. He's an independent man who's been through hell and back. He can handle being away from his S/O for whatever reason

X: Xtra (A random headcanon for them)

God, you know there's so much more to this man. He just doesn't show it. Well, you can kinda see it out on the battlefield and I bet it can be seen when he's drunk too. But he's also not much of an alcohol guy. He'll drink every now and then but it's just not something he cares about. Also, Medic's the unoffical third wheel and your guys' relationship. He's just kinda there. Think of him as your child. Now imagine the three of you in a cuddle pile, fighting for who gets to lay on Heavy. Heavy ends up having to decide and obviously he chooses you, sorry Medic

Y: Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)

He doesn't like loud, cocky people. He needs someone who's more on the chill side. Yeah, those types of people and be fun to watch and hang out with every now and then, but it can get tiring to deal with. So someone who's more introverted is the type of person for him

Z: Zzz (What is a sleep habit of theirs?)

Again, he tries to maintain a strict sleep schedule. Go to bed early and wake up early. Definitely a fellow sleep apnea buddy so sleeping sucks sometimes. Cuddles are a must during bedtime though, or else >:(

Today is a nice day and working in small candy shop in Ninjago city, was very relaxing and comfortable for you. You werent a really a person for adventure and were much of a laid back chil person. Well the sad part now was that the candy shop was getting by .. some kids? And one of them seemed to have .. a gun? Well he didnt really seem to be experinced in it, which was probably why he was shacking so much.

The kid seemed to acidently have used the gun and he has shot down a vitre with some cake in it, he was so shocked that the weapon fell of from his hand and the other plus him ran up to you apoligizing for it. You being a pretty kind soul took the gun from the kid and brought both of them in the back of the store and gave some candy to relax while you tale care of the mess. But in the meanwhile while you tried to take care of the mess a blond haired figure came in the store

Lloyd:I heard some gun shots is everything ok?

He asked, you just simply nodded and the guy was a bit puzzled seeing your unfazed and calm attitude, any normal person in your situation would hide while you just simply clean the mess that was, but then he looked for the causer of all of this, he saw a kid eating some candy.

Lloyd:made the gun sound?

You not wanting to lie, simply answered.

You: The kids weirdly had a gun and one of them shot has shot down my vintrine, but I took care of everything so you dont have to worry.

Lloyd was impressed that you were able to take care of this situation so easily, and he took some intrest in you as you have noticed he was staring at you the whole time while you have cleaned the mess.

You: You ok?

Lloyd:..Yea yea.

He said as he probably wasnt checking you out, but he got a bit bolder after that.

Lloyd: So... you, hay, to make it simple you do look kinda cute ngl.

You:...Sir we just met.

Lloyd:Doesnt change the outcome, so can I get your number?

You:..Yes.

Sometimes I ask myself if you are even right in the head, giving your number to a stranger? You dont even know him but.... if its what you want to do, I cant stop you from doing it. So you gave your number to him and he just winked at ya, and took the zip and got out... you just stand there.. thinking what I said... but well, a blonde is a blonde.

Timeskip

You waited til night and he texted you, the both of you texted for a while and both of you decided to meet up on a day, both of you learned more of another and one or a other may or may have not developed a crush and after some month one confessed, after that even more happend but the both of you decided to take it head on, as a couple.

🥺 my jam right here, the homies gotta be my favorite brain cells.

The subway bosses of Gear station are an odd duo, while they keep up public appearances, not much is truly known about them.

It adds to the charm of them.

They never seem interested in partners, or romance, only focusing on their work, and ignoring those who beg for a date.

The twins spent their time doing paperwork, and using synthetic blood to get by.

They don’t need anything else.

However, Ingo does dream of a life with a mate, someone to go home to, someone to love on.

And Emmet dreams of someone who adores his affection, of someone he can dream around Unova, and go on fun dates.

No suitor meets their standards.

A part of them doesn’t even know what they are truly looking for.

Until you walked off the subway.

While Emmet was helping with the traffic of people, he couldn’t help but whip his head around, trying to find that intoxicating scent.

His keen sense landed on you.

And he felt his undead heart being pulled to you.

But he couldn’t reach you, couldn’t stop you from leavening as he has a job to do.

Emmet nearly weeps when your scent is gone.

“Oohh brother it’s terrible!”

He laments in their office, leaning back in his chair.

“They smelt sooo good! I was pulled to them!”

Ingo, at first wasn’t interested in this, but that caught his attention.

“A pull?”

“Yup! Like in those dorky romance books you read so much.”

“They are not dorky! They are informational!”

They forgot about it for the time being, believing it was just a one off thing.

But Emmet couldn’t stop thinking about you.

He may have only caught a glimpse of you, but it’s been playing in his mind in loop!

It wasn’t until you showed up on the multi line, a friend of yours as your partner.

They could barely get through their speeches, fully focused on you.

Your smile, your laughter, your enthusiasm for a challenging battle, your scent.

Their eyes widen, realizing they found you.

Their mate.

They never thought this would happen! Most vampires go their whole lives, without every meeting their bond mate!

It’s visible that they can’t stand still, both almost vibrating in place, they can’t help it, they are just so excited!

They can hardly focus on the battle, their eyes hardly leaving you.

Watching the excitement on your face, as you and your friend won the battle. They felt themselves freeze, just seeing the joy on your face.

They want to see it again, to see more.

“Bravo! Such wonderful skill!”

“Such a strong challenger!”

They didn’t mean to ignore your friend, honest! Just they can’t help themselves.

They ignore you and your battle partner’s confused gazes to each other.

“Oh, thank you! That means a lot coming from you two. But honestly, I wouldn’t have been here if not for my friend.”

Ah so modest too! So sweet!

Oh how they are swooning for you, dreaming of the day to officially make you their mate.

How Emmet dreams to pull you into his embrace, swaying to soft music as he twirls you around the living room.

Just so he can see your smiling face, and hear your melodic laughter.

And how Ingo longs to be in the kitchen with you, cooking something together, anything! He just wants to be close to you, to lean against you and steal kisses from you.

Or to see your lovely face covered in flour, laughing at the silly situation.

It was odd how they look at you, so lovingly, so full of adoration.

You find it weird, yet somehow, you feel more, your heart beat picks up.

Something they can hear. Surely you must feel it too!

And you do, you feel something with them, something you can’t quite place, yet you don’t bother with it.

Only thanking them, and moving along.

Please, you have to feel something!

So they make it their mission to be a part of your life, wanting to have and to hold their mate.

Greeting you everytime you walk to the subway.

“Hello dear passenger! How are you this fine evening?”

“I am Emmet. Do you need help with anything?”

They walk with you to your train, and always wait until the subway has left before returning to their duties.

The second you return, they are running, tripping over themselves just to get to you first, wanting to greet you, to see you!

“Ah you look stunning tonight.”

“As radiant as ever!”

Your heart is pounding against your chest, as they swoon over you, praising every inch you.

You feel like you should tell them to stop, but you love it, wanting more.

You aren’t sure why, but you want to be around them, your heart aches when they aren’t there.

And they are into you, aren’t they? With how they fawn over you, walk with you anywhere in the station, and praise you.

You aren’t aware of the figures following you, just to make sure you’re safe.

How they coo at you from a distance.

How they nearly cry when you tell someone, you’re going to confess to them.

Finally! Finally they will have their mate! You can move in! They will take care of you, anything and everything you need!

Che'nya Romantic Headcanons

Aight homies, let’s go! We have a lot of catch-up to do for Che’nya, so here’s the first one. I’ll be having one Che’nya fic posted every day so by next week we’ll be all caught up for this little shit.

Che'nya Romantic Headcanons

Romance with Che’nya is always a toss up, because you just never know what he’s thinking. Not to mention being at different schools tends to make things a bit more difficult. However, something that is noticeable is how often he begins visiting the school after he discovers you. He was already popping in every now and again to mess with Riddle or Trey, but once he discovered who you were, he just had to come over more often. You were just so interesting, not to mention you ended up helping out his friends. He sometimes wondered what you were doing at that school, since in his opinion, you’d be a better fit for Royal Sword Academy.

The moment he realizes he has feelings for you, he decides to pop up over at Ramshackle more than Heartslabyul. You guys go to different schools, so he’s gotta take every opportunity to swoon you. Not that he really is trying to hard on that aspect, he figures quality time makes people grow closer together. Not to mention, he adores getting to spook you when he pops up unannounced. It is just a common thing now for you to hear his chuckling down the hallway, then a figure minutes later having a disembodied head floating towards you. He’s even done this a few times at night, scaring you far more than the ghosts in the home ever did.

One of his love languages is giving gifts. However, they’re never really store bought gifts, or even useful things. A lot of times, it’s stuff he just happens to find somewhere when going on a walk. You have random things, like golf balls, broken watches, a one-way street sign (that made you wonder if he actually just stole it or not…you really hoped he didn’t). Of course, all these trinkets are finding their way into your bedroom. The way that Che’nya organizes (because of course he insists on placing these new decorations) make your room look more whimsical if anything. It’s very reminiscent of the man who got you the gifts.

Che’nya plays the waiting game for a solid four months (be happy he waited that long) before deciding he didn’t want to just be friends anymore. He had been working on swooning you for so very long, and he just wants to be able to call you his already and do all those obnoxious couple things. So he’s just going to pop right into your house one evening while you’re fixing something simple for dinner, and wrap his arms around your waist. If you’re not used to him by now, you’re probably going to have a heart attack until you hear his familiar cackling. He’s just going to nuzzle his face into your neck and tell you his feelings. Turn around in his arms and give him a big peck on the forehead. You’ll see his tail lazily swinging behind him, indicating he’s pretty happy.

He adores teasing you, oh so very much. He’s almost as bad as some of the Night Raven students, but he’s always a bit nicer when it comes to you. As usual, he’s going to be popping up out of nowhere and spooking you. Now you have to worry about him doing that in your sleep and waking up with him curled around your midsection and not letting you go. He also is the type to lean in for a kiss on your lips, and last minute kiss your cheek. If you pout enough, he might apologize and give you a proper kiss though…that’s if he's feeling like it. He might just tease you with fake kisses a few more times, just because he’s in a sadistic mood. You’ll have to literally grab him and drag him into a kiss if you want one…and even then he might slip away before you can do so.

He is overly affectionate with you, and PDA doesn’t trouble him at all. He’s do it a lot around both Trey and Riddle since he’s proud to have you as his partner, and wants to show you off. Riddle normally yells at you two, telling you to stop getting handsy during their tea party. You swear, it’s all Che’nya and it’s hard to stop him. He also loves surprising you with affection…even when you least expect it. You have no idea how he always managed to not only sneak onto campus, but into classrooms, is a miracle in itself. You’ll just be sitting in Trein’s class, clearly bored, when suddenly you feel wet lips against your cheek. You know it’s him and you just sigh, hoping he sticks around for after class to hang out.

Che’nya likes to have all your attention on him when you’re dating. He’s not going to be obsessive over it, but he’s also going to be blowing up your phone all day with random thoughts he has. Sometimes even sending overly adorable photos of things going on at Royal Sword Academy. Be expecting messages with the dwarves in there with the caption “Moments before disaster”. It was a set ot two photos, one being three of the dwarves on each other’s shoulders, trying to get something on a high shelf. The next was them mid air, falling. It was just random things about his life that he wanted to share with you, and he’d be more than happy if you snapped photos and just told him little things that was going on over at Night Raven as well.

Che’nya is a partaker of naps, especially after a long day of classes. Just because his school is known for having a nicer atmosphere that’s less hostile, doesn’t change the fact that it’s a school. Classes could be tiring and hard, and when that happened, he just wanted to curl up with you. Not to mention, due to his whimsical nature and constant changes of what he wants, he doesn’t have too many friends over at his college. It can be tiring around people who don’t get it, so he’ll come over to Ramshackle and tug on your shirt, silently begging you to just lay down for a while with him. He can’t just nap on your lap, oh no, he needs a full on cuddle session with his body draped over you. He adores being the big spoon since he can wrap his tail around your body easier, and nuzzle into your neck.

Che’nya doesn’t care in the slightest that you two go to rival colleges. In fact, he kind of embraces it. He’s always telling you about how much of star-crossed lovers you two were. Forbidden from being together, but love brings them to meet in the middle. He plays into this trope a bit too much sometimes since he finds it fun, that when he drags you out into the town, he makes you guys wear silly disguises. Anyone can tell it’s you two, but it’s the fun of it all that really speaks to him. He also loves meeting somewhere in the middle of the island at night to go stargazing with you.

Che’nya is a very chill person who just goes with the flow. He’s very much attune to listening to how he felt and acting accordingly. Relationships sometimes had a funny thing where you’d have disagreements. Whenever this happens, Che’nya turns his agitation into full on teasing you. He will do this until you’re absolutely flustered and can no longer think about what was making you mad earlier. The moment he sees how heated your face is from embarrassment, he can feel anything troubling him go away. He’s going to keep teasing you though, and then leave you a mess with kisses all over your face.
