Today I'm super excited to share an amazing elopement wedding that took place during this crazy time. EVERYTHING about this wedding is so personal and touching that I just had to share it. ⁣ ⁣ From the handmade dress made by the bride and her sister, to her sister getting ordained to officiate it, to the groom wearing a suit and blazer that he actually had from a friend's wedding. I usually wear a simple set of flats to every wedding I shoot but they don’t have the best support in the world and have found myself sore after a long day of shooting. I started wearing a pair of black tennis shoes but I feel like it’s not the professionally looking thing to show up to a wedding wearing especially when I’m trying to pull off a cute dress. So I fight with myself on comfort vs beauty all the time and wish fall would come sooner every year so that I can just pull out leggings and booties (the only middle that is semi professional and cute). Oh my I just feel for brides all the time!!! They have to parade around in these cute shoes all day even though their feet are hurting...
