Further background
A/n: I haven't got a clue what is going on half of the time, so if you look at my page and think ''woooow look at this shit show''... yh I've had tumblr for over 5 years now and I'm still trying to navigate it lol
Also, I didn't realise how long it would take me to make an insta template. I'm so slow with technology it's unbelievable
Anyway, this is some further background to our driver!reader
Loves to dye her hair (I think a lot of this is just me projecting)
Like she's dyed her hair every colour under the sun
Quite small - she's probably around 5'2
Has pierced ears. Three piercings on each side.
A cat girlie. She has four. And other pets (guys, any suggestions??)

Her dad, for her 6th birthday, gave her a Kimi Raikkonen signed hat and picture... from then on Kimi was her small crush and idol
Freezes whenever she sees one of the older drivers in the paddock (honestly same)
Loves causing havoc
Thinks Susie is an icon (mothhherrr), follows her around the paddock at any given moment
Would never do anything to make Susie angry
Has a weird obsession with The Muppets, Sunflowers, and bumblebees (see projecting)
Shares a social media account with her bestie for their trips together

some more security waiter + slight ness and Susie sibling AU headcanons while I work on more fazgang AU art
Ness is the type to play music when he wakes up to help energize himself, doesn’t help that he wakes up at around 5:30 AM and Mike has to deal with the loud ass musical theater music until ness leaves for work
ness has always loved theorizing but started intensely theorizing after susie went missing. Mike just has to sit there and be like “idk ness…that seems a little far fetched” (everything ness is saying has happened and mike knows it:
Ness loves baking, he can’t cook for shit but he can cook. Mike is the opposite and can’t bake for crap. So mike is in charge of cooking meals and ness is in charge of making the birthday cakes for Abby’s bdays (and mikes cause ness is just like that)
Mike loves ness to death but he cannot stand musicals, he finds them quite annoying but Abby and ness love them so he puts his hatred for them aside.
Ness and Susie’s parents use to take them to the same camp grounds as mikes family. They were there the day Garret went missing and ness often says how he had to leave because “some kid got taken”. Ness insists that him and Mike met a few times at the camp grounds but Mike can’t remember it so he constantly denies it.
Mikes is the big spoon, when he holds on to something it helps ground him while he sleeps so he doesn’t have a nightmare. Ness doesn’t mind at all but considering he’s taller being the little spoon is definitely an awkward position sometimes. (Tall guy issues)
The first Christmas the trio spent together after ness moved in, Abby ran in at around 4 am and jumped on top of them while they were asleep and in bed to tell them that “Santa came” (Mike wasn’t happy.)
Ness loves to dance, Mike has two left feet, they make it work.
When hanging out with the fazgang, ness and Mike will text each other (even if they are in the same room)
One time ness was talking about susie and Abby said “oh I know Susie! She’s my friend!” (Mike cut her off before she could finish tho and internally panicked)
Ness is a muppets enthusiast, has all the movies and song tracks, and even owns some memorabilia.
Ness has a replica of the Kermit puppet that he sometimes uses and he once accidentally left it sitting upright on the kitchen counter and when Mike went to get a glass of water in the middle of the night he turned on the light and screamed not knowing what it was (ness won’t let him live it down).
Mike is half Mexican and knows Spanish and ness asks him to “speak Spanish to him” sometimes because he thinks it’s romantic. He’d do this for a month or two before he recognized Mike say the word “chicken” and when he asked Mike what he’s been saying to him for the last month Mike goes “oh whenever you tell me to speak Spanish to you I just repeat a recipe I know”
Ness uses a concerning amount of hair spray (almost to a toxic level) so Mike makes him open a window whenever he’s getting his hair ready.
Ness and Mike once went on a date and left Cory with Abby and Cory ended up falling asleep on the couch so Abby, not wanting to wake him but still wanting to talk to someone, took their phone line and called 911 (it’s the only number she knows) and Mike and ness had to cut their night short to come home to reprimand Abby on who she calls.

Ivy knew that what happened at the last race weekend, the media wouldn’t let her live it down and want answers from her.
Ivy walked into the paddock and was immediately meet by cameras and reporters trying to get any type of answer from her. Ivy tried to ignore it all but the all the questions that were being asked weren’t helping at all.
“Did your parents ever physically hurt you?”
“How do you feel about getting disowned?”
“Where are your brothers?”
“How did you cope of having no family here?”
“Do you think you deserve what has happened to you?”
Ivy was quite close to tears as she continued to try and free herself from all the cameras and reporters, this caught the attention of a lot of the drivers.
“HEY! Leave her alone, there’s a reason why she doesn’t want to answer these questions!” George shouted. “It’s disrespectful to ask those questions!” Alex added. “Respect her fucking boundaries!” Max said as the three and more drivers continue to talk all the media.
Ivy eventually got away from the crowd and ran to a secure area of the paddock. She sat down on the floor with her head in arms and knees up, trying to control her breathing to avoid having a panic attack.
She could hear some drivers getting closer to her, while others were still talking to the media. “Never knew this place existed” Carlos said. “It’s Vee secret area” Alex replied as they found the young girl.
“Vee! Shit, c’mon breathe for us lil sis” George said as he kneeled down next to her pulling his teammate into his embrace. “Just focus on George’s breathing, Vi” Alex added softly.
Soon enough a lot of the other drivers had approached the three, they gave sad looks over to the young girl. “I can’t believe they would ask questions like that, she 18 for fuck sake” Max said.
“It’s disrespectful as Vee said that she’s not comfortable yet to talk about everything” Lando added. “I hate seeing her like this..” Oscar mumbled. “It happened in F2 as well?” Charles asked.
“The panic attacks did..” Logan replied as they all looked over at Ivy, who has now eventually had calmed down. “There you go Vee,” George said softly. “I’m sorry..” Ivy whispered.
“Hey, it’s not your fault Vee it’s those people who can’t accept your boundaries” Alex told her as he hugged her before George helped her up, this was when Ivy seen all the drivers there.
“Why you all here?” Ivy questioned. “Needed to see that you were alright!” Charles replied. “May have almost got into fights with the reporters..” Oscar mumbled as Ivy’s eyes widen.
“You muppet! You didn’t have to say anything!” Lando said. “She was bound to fine out! It’s all over social media!” Oscar replied. “They deserve to be punched” Max said.
“Let’s not think about that now, c’mon Vee let’s get you back to the garage” George said. “Thanks for being here and sticking up for me” Ivy told them. “It’s our job to, Vi!” Logan added.
“Always been her for you, Vi!” Carlos said. “Now, who wants to join to have another friendly chat to all these reporters!” Max joked making Ivy giggle before all of them made their way towards their respective garages.

“You okay, sweetheart?” Susie asked. “As good as I could be..” Ivy said as Susie pulled her into her embrace. “It’s going to be okay, you have all the drivers on your side and many others as well” Susie told her.
“Yeah, I know. I knew this would happen, just didn’t expect it to be that crazy” Ivy replied. “We pulled you out of all interviews for today” Toto added as he walked into the room.
“Thank you” Ivy said softly as George walked in. “How you feeling?” George asked. “I’ll be fine” Ivy said as she stood up. “I just want to be alone for a bit,” Ivy mumbled as she walked out the room and making her way to her drivers room.
The three watched sadly as she left the room. “It’s just best we leave her for a bit” Susie said. “I hate seeing her like that, wish the media would just leave her alone” George replied.
“She’s changed a lot as well, like not being her normal self anymore..” George added. “It’s just the effect of all the comments and everything, which has made an impact on her..” Susie said.
“Our Vee will be back soon” Toto told them.

“How she doing?” Alex asked. “I really don’t know mate, she’s been alone in her drivers room for a couple of hours. She wants to be alone..” George told him.
“Not doing any media today, then?” Alex added. “No and I think it’s just for the best” George replied as the pair made their way to the press conference.
George and Alex were the first ones there, just before Max, Lando and Charles entered the room after them and the press conference started.
“George, obviously we seen what happened to Ivy earlier on, can you give us anything about how she is?”
“Yeah, I mean all Vi just wanted was some privacy and people just couldn’t listen to that. It’s awful what questions people were asking her earlier, it was out of order. Vee just wants to have some time alone, but she’s doing alright” George said.
“Do you think the way you reacted was right?”
“Ivy is like a little sister to me, if people want to think the way me and others reacted was wrong that’s their option. From the way I seen it was that people were not respecting Ivy’s boundaries and it went too far” George replied.
“Does anyone else have anything to add to that?”
“Alex?”
“Well, as George has said, what happened to Vee was just taken too far. If people actually do think the way we reacted wasn’t right, just think about it like being your sister or someone close to you in the position Ivy was” Alex added.
“Lando, anything to add?”
“I mean, like Alex and George has said. What happened to Ivy was just disrespecting and people not respecting her boundaries. Also, of people do have a problem of the way we reacted they should just keep it to themselves, we were defending someone who means a lot to basically the whole grid” Lando said.
“Charles, want to add something?”
“Yeah, it’s just not something that should happen to anyone when walking into the paddock, especially when Vee told them she wasn’t comfortable about talking about. The way we reacted isn’t something people should have their main concern on, Ivy’s boundaries wasn’t respected and she could have got hurt” Charles replied.
“Max, thoughts?”
“Vi means a lot to basically the whole grid, seeing someone’s boundaries not being respected and going as far as it did is just not acceptable. If people really are complaining about the way we reacted, I really don’t care and they should keep it to themselves” Max added.
“Thank you, now any other questions?”
Ivy smiled as she was watching the press conference, she was glad that she has so many people on her side and think her as a little sister.
Ivy eventually made her way back into the garage, after being in her drivers room for the majority of the day. Toto and Susie smiled at her as she seen her leave the garage and walked into the paddock.
“That’s our Ivy,” Toto said with a smile. “It sure is” Susie added as they watched her on the screen messing and playing around with Roscoe.

Team Adoption Wins:
As for team lore, their origins remain the same. However, when Bert and Ernie were going to adopt Meg, there was a bit of a legal kerfuffle. A Muppet had never adopted a human child before. Dick heard about it on the news, and knowing firsthand a thing or two about unconventional families, got his dad Bruce to pay for Bert and Ernie’s legal fees.
However, there were some concerns that Bert, Ernie, and Meg might be in some danger. So Nightwing and Drift showed up to make sure things stayed safe. However Sesame Street, being bright and sunny and very clean, is very hard to hide in. And Muppets do not run on normal rules. So ofc Drift and Nightwing were spotted and greeted by the entire neighborhood.
They had a fun time as the legal case wrapped itself up. It was a brief but wonderful friendship the five shared. Dick and Drift will always think fondly of their time on Sesame Street. Bert has started feeding robins as well as pigeons. Ernie has a picture of giving Drift a carwash with Rubber Duckie on his hood. Nightwing gave Meg some great advice on how to win friends and influence people and be themself.
The children of the world will never forget the day when Sesame Street featured a giant alien robot telling them not to do drugs and Nightwing telling them the “Word on the Street” was vigilante.
Brett Hand and Susie:
SO. BASED OFF THE EVIDENCE IN DELTARUNE, SUSIE DOESN'T HAVE A GREAT HOME LIFE,
and so i think brett should adopt her bc she needs a good parents figure also i think brett would make a great dad and umm also epicness <3
