So I wore my BLU medic for the first time in forever! The jacket is completely new (and I might have sewed the final coat the day before con and barely slept Wednesday night) but the props are the same old babies from 13 years ago! Also, the patches I embroidered myself on an embroidery machine! My first time doing that. The files themselves are from @dreamdancerdotfile

My wife @dessartem was BLU Soldier for the first time! People loved her, especially the Pain Train prop she made. Also BLU is underrepresented in general so that's cool to see. Her coat I made from a vintage trench coat from Ebay, it was so perfect, I just had to shorten it, and add elastic sleeve cuffs / shoulder tabs (using the fabric I cut off).
