You can dismiss Norm's words about Lucy’s cannibal husband as merely a joke on the writers' part, but I dare you, tell me about one single time Norm was ever shown to be wrong about anything.
For the Ghoulcy Atomic Blast Event. Artists draw a fanart from a fic already made and viceversa. this sorta of comic it’s inspired by “he's a devil, she's a demon (he's a doll)” by @bitumz , the first ghoulcy multichap fanfiction I’ve ever read & it’s a masterpiece ❤️
Honestly, it's sort of starting to actually piss me off when it comes to how some people respond to vaultghoul. it's so frustrating that all those people who either just don't like it or who are extremely against it just boil the ship down to it being nothing but the shipper just using Lucy as a self insert, like ?????
Can we not? Go put someone else's ship down.
This ship is just as valid as all the other ships in Fallout in general. It's not really a "self insert" considering how much symbolism there is in the show between both Cooper and Lucy.
Don't diminish it to something stupid like that when there are multiple VALID reasons to ship it. She can be your "little meow meow", sure. But she's still a strong character that can handle her own and can even be feral in her own way. It's not at all about "self inserts", so get out of here with that.
You're annoying. We don't do that when it comes to the other ships that include Lucy, so put up and shut up. xoxo
[EDIT:]
I could be overthinking it, but if this reads like I'm against self inserts then I just want to put it out there that I'm not! There is nothing wrong with self inserts, it's nice to have creativity that way. My only point is that it's one of two methods these people use to attack ghoulcy fans
