What happens if Quaritch connects to Eywa?

In the second movie, they talk so much about how IMPORTANT it is that they connect to Eywa, and that the first person a baby Na'vi connects with is their mother, then second is Eywa. What would happen if the recoms connected? More specifically, Miles? In the Tulkun hunting scene, he's seen looking genuinely disgusted/concerned in a few frames, leading to think that this Quaritch, not the human, is more connected to Ewya and her creatures. So what if in the third movie he connects to Eywa? I'm really hoping he can get some sort of redemption arc even though I know my hopes might not be answered /sobs
