I don't really know how to help, but listening/talking is all I can really offer

I'm pretty much just euchchh right now. Nothing that won't solve itself I'm sure. It's just about something we (but mostly Hex) don't like handling and it isn't bearing well for him at the moment.

He just hasn't done this in a while and it feels stronger than he last remembered it happening. He's just overwhelmed. But he'll be okay.
