Techno gets a lot of things wrong because he learned his signs from a book. He’s only used a rudimentary form of sign with Phil during tactical situations,, he’d never met a deaf person until tommy though.

Tommy relentlessly makes fun of him for being dogwater at signing and makes sure to straighten him out. Secretly he feels very cool for being an expert at something techno isn’t,, don’t tell him that though,, lmao

also clarification: Tommy in this au uses ASL but in-universe it’s just generally referred to as ‘sign’ even though I know realistically, it’d probably be BSL. I do not know BSL. 😭 so for my sake he’s using AS Tubbo learned sign language for him, but isn’t fluent yaya.
