I’m screenshoting this and sending it to my mother who when I was 16 (ish can’t remember pretty sure it was when I was 16) screamed at me that I needed to be doing a “40 hour work week” of studying leading up to exams or I would fail. And it almost killed me. It completely ruined how I study from then till now and probably will until I can afford therapy
I’m sleep deprived as duck and will regret this later
